Set in the sought-after area of Parklands, no 20 is a luxury 3-bedroom mini lodge with uninterrupted views of the play and grassed area, great for field games and families. This area is a minute's walk from the entertainment and swimming pool. Quiet and relaxing. Large gated veranda from the double doors, grassed areas surrounding the property and parking on the driveway next to the property.

Parklands 20 sleeps six. It has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is standard inventory such as pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glass wear.

The lounge is airy, light and comfortable with free-standing sofas. It boasts full central heating and double glazing. The large and spacious master bedroom has a double bed with a TV, dressing unit, wardrobe and en suite toilet. A second bedroom has full-size twin beds, a wall-mounted TV, a third twin bedroom with caravan-sized beds, a wall-mounted TV, and a second bathroom with a toilet and power shower.
