Common questions

Absolutely none. You pay £69 for your first listing, £35 for each additional one. Pioneer never takes a cut of your bookings — payments go directly between you and your guests. What you see is what you get.

Pioneer doesn't process payments at all. When a guest enquires, you receive the booking request, accept or decline, and arrange payment however works for you — bank transfer, card, cash. You're always in control.

Sign up, confirm your email, set your password and you can have a listing live the same day. Most owners have everything set up — photos, pricing, calendar — within an hour.
