Pioneer Holiday Lets was crafted with the intention of beating hidden fees! For just £69 a year you can list your holiday home and accept as many bookings as you can handle! All bookings are enquires which can be managed in your dedicated Dashboard where you have full control to accept/decline bookings. We don’t handle any payments- Any additional listings can be purchased at a discounted rate of £35. That’s it! No booking or hidden fees.

Who Are We?
We are holiday home enthusiasts just like you. Except we have had enough of hidden fees deterring our bookings away… So we gave birth to Pioneer Holiday Lets where both customers and owners have complete transparency!
What you see is what you get. You want a listing advertisement with booking capabilities with zero booking fees?
No problem.
How Do I Create A Listing?
That parts easy! Sign up using the form and wait for your confirmation email. Follow the link to set your password and then proceed to login.
Once logged in click ‘Add Listing’ and fill in the all the fields. Remember, the more detail you add, the better your listing will look! Set the bookables to enable your booking calendar. See below for instructions.
Once you’re happy, click ‘Save’. Go back to your Dashboard and you will see your newly created listing there. Click the Eye Icon to view the listing.
How To Use The Bookables
This is where you create your Booking Calendar. At the moment, everything is calculated as ‘Price Per Night’.
Click ‘Add Bookable’
If you want to set your entire calendar to available then just enter a Price Per Night and save the listing.
To make dates unavailable-
Click the setting icon on your bookable > Unavailable Periods > Select the desired dates and then click ‘Set’.
To set a different Price Per Night for certain time periods (Christmas, 6 weeks holidays etc…)-
Select the desired dates under Price Per Period > set the Price Per Night for the dates selected > Click ‘Set’
Are There Any Hidden Costs?
No there are zero hidden costs or booking fees with us. You very simply get what you pay for plus a discount if you purchase more than one listing.
